About the Shadowfield Font

Shadowfield is a fantasy font which was inspired by the hand lettering on the Spiderwick movie posters (which itself was apparently based on Hand Skript One). Every glyph was drawn by hand, using a gel pen on 160 grams paper. Shadowfield will look good on anything fairy-like – book covers, toy packaging and even bottles of home-made mead!

Comes with swashed alternates for all capital letters and some lower case ones as well.

Note From the Designer

This is the demo, bare bones, version of Shadowfield. It is free for personal use ONLY. If you are going to use it commercially, buy the full version, which comes with kerning, embedding rights, all glyphs (including the 4 & 5) and extras from my site: www.hanodedfonts.com. You CANNOT use this font in games, apps, or software or on YouTube. If you want a license for that, buy one from my site www.hanodedfonts.com or read the FAQ file included in the zip.
