Himawari Script

About the Himawari Script Font

Himawari means ‘Sunflower’ in Japanese. It was raining while I worked on this font, so I needly something to cheer me up – like bright yellow sunflowers!
Himawari Script is a nice and neat handmade font, which was (more or less) inspired by an older font of mine, called Mama Bear and, like the font it was modeled on, was made with a bamboo pen and Chinese ink.

Himawari Script comes with some swashes and a cute smiling sunflower (just enable Stylistic Alternates and hit *).

Note From the Designer

This is the demo, bare bones, version of Himawari Script. It is free for personal use ONLY. If you are going to use it commercially, buy the full version, which comes with kerning, embedding rights, all glyphs (including the 4 & 5) and extras from my site: www.hanodedfonts.com. You CANNOT use this font in games, apps, or software or on YouTube. If you want a license for that, buy one from my site www.hanodedfonts.com or read the FAQ file included in the zip.
